From the Lincoln Tunnel, follow signs for Route 3 West. Proceed (roughly 10 miles) to the Broad Street Exit (Bloomfield / Passaic) and make a left at the light onto Allwood Road. Make next left onto Broad Street. Continue South on Broad Street for approximately 1 mile. After the next traffic light, Broadacres Drive will be one block up on the left. Turn left onto Broadacres Drive at the sign for, “Broadacres Office Park.” Follow signs to building #400. We are located on the 4th floor, suite 400.
Exit at the Broad Street (Bloomfield / Passaic) exit. As soon as you come off the exit (at the light) make a right turn onto Broad Street. Continue South on Broad Street for approximately 1 mile. Exit Parkway at exit 154 towards Clifton. After pay toll stay Right at the fork towards Clifton/Grove Street. At the end of ramp, take Left on Grove Street. Proceed one block to traffic light and take Left on Van Houten Ave. At first traffic light take a Right onto Broad Street. Continue South on Broad St. for approximately two miles. You will see a sign for Broadacres Office Park. Road will curve to the Left, immediately take a Left into Broadacres Drive (Shop Rite will be on your Right). Exit Parkway at Exit 151 towards Watchung Ave. Make right at traffic light onto Watchung ave and continue to next light. Make Left at East Passaic Ave and travel for about half a mile to traffic light and turn Right on West Passaic Avenue. At next light, take a Right onto Broad Street (you will see Provident Bank on the left and a Krauzer’s on the right). Stay in right Lane and make a right onto Broadacres Drive at the sign for, “Broadacres Office Park.” Follow signs to building 400. We are located on the 4th floor, suite 400.
Go West over the George Washington Bridge (Upper Level) toward New Jersey. Take Exit 72B to merge onto US 1 S/US US-46 W/US 9 S and continue to follow US-46 W. Take the I-95 S/I-80 W ramp and follow signs for Interstate 95 S/NJ Turnpike South. Take exit 16W toward Rutherford. Merge onto I-95 S/New Jersey Turnpike South (toll road). Take exit 16W toward NJ-3/Secaucus/Rutherford/Lincoln Tunnel and continue straight. Take the Ramp to NJ-3 West, keep left at the fork and merge onto NJ-3W. Continue on Route 3 for 5 miles and then take the Bloomfield Ave exit toward Bloomfield/Passaic. Make a left onto Bloomfield Ave. Make a right onto W. Passaic Ave. Make a right onto Broad St (County Rd. 509 N). Once on Broad Street, take the 2nd right onto Broadacres Drive at the Green Sign and follow to building 400.
